Hi Sholah and Moe:

We are always booked for the opening season of May and look forward to Walleye and Perch Fishing since 1984.

Thank you so much for all the awesome upgrades to the cottages and the resort. When we were up this year I was in awe with the view from Number 8 and the new docks. The area rug and the dining room table in number 8 make a huge difference.

Ken and I had a great relaxful time and my sister and her girls really had a great time despite the weather. My girlfriends were in awe of the cottage and resort as well and we will certainly book day trips for future Bass, Walleye and Perch fishing.

You continue to make changes that are returning the place to it's former glory. I have attached a few pictures taken over the last 47 years . we have taken many pictures looking up the lake from in front of cottage #5 . you can see the poplar trees growing big, then old and now gone.."

Hello Sholeh,

My brothers, a couple of friends and myself were up at your cottages last year on the May long weekend. Your husband had asked me to send you some of our pics from the trip and with the busy year I keep forgetting.

I know last year was your first year owning the resort and it was one of the most memorable times for us. I can honestly say this since my father started bringing us up to Katchawanooka Resort 20 years ago, and when he passed away 11 years ago, my brothers, a couple of friends and myself have continued the tradition.

I visited KATCHAWANOOKA RESORT on the recommendation of a Canadian friend who is an experienced carp fisherman. I live in the U.K and although I have fished extensively in France, Spain, and U.S.A. I can honestly say that this trip was the best I have had. The fishing, very important of course, was great with many carp in the mid 20's to 30 lbs range. All hard fighting lean river fish.

The cottage is clean, comfortable, warm, B.B.Q with all facilities. Fishing right outside the door, with complete freedom to fish whenever I wanted.

My hosts, Sholeh and Moe, could not have done more for me. Nothing was too much trouble.

Travel from the U.K is very easy with direct flights to Toronto and then just a 2 hour drive to the resort.

I am certainly going back there.

Thanks again for another great year at Katchawanooka , spring summer or fall everything was top notch . The improvements you have made to the resort are outstanding and the updates to the facilities are exceptional . Being carp fisherman we had another good year landing over 600 lbs. of fish . We are looking forward to our first visit next spring and seeing you again .
